Pass Under The Moonlight

As said earlier, I wanted to post a pic of me. This is how I look during hols. Prepare to close your eyes for the gory sight.. Hahaha
Thats my prefects t-shirt Iam wearing, it has the school logo on the left side of the shirt. Now I wear it to bed.

I am super excited for my sister because she graduated First Class!! Omg, I am extremely proud of her ok. Everybody at home is excited for her. Few high-pitched voices were exchanged over the phone. I would have hugged her if I could but she is all the way in UK, so I will save the hug for the next two weeks!

I have realised one thing that is sleeping for prolonged hours gives you a headache. Yesterday I slept until 11.00 am and gosh, I had this throb in my head which was unbearable. I had to wash my hair and jump around the house a couple of times before it subsided. Now I am reading my second book for holidays( i know, i am a super slow reader). Its The Client by John Grisham. Its an extremely old book which is super dusty and has spots all over it but its a good read. PJ might like it too because its about criminal law.

I scared myself 2 nights ago. I woke up in the middle of the night, still sleepy eyed and heard VOICES! It was a convo between some guys. Just imagine how terrified I was, I was hoping that its just voices in my head. I just layed still in my bed for a while then I heard birds chirping! Now its just weird! So, i got out of bed and peeked outside the door and I saw my dad sitting in the dark watching TELEVISION! at 3.00am....

Just Playing My Cards

I have been eating a lot, but not proper food though, just all that junk. As for breakfast, I skip it everyday. I wake up at 6.40am in the morning and I can even hear my stomach grumbling but I just don't feel like eating anything.

Come lunch, I tell my maid not to cook then I only eat bread/bag of chips-mr potato-/fried vegetables/maggi and I had coke twice this week. I cant eat maggi anymore, coz I feel like throwing up. After that, I will eat some chocolates/muffins with ribena. Yummmy

As for dinner, I will only take like a 3-4 'suap' of rice and eat it with some fish/prawn with vegetables. Ohmigosh! I promise to eat properly tomorrow coz I don't wanna get sick. Actually I was planning on jogging every morning but dad said 'NO' coz of increasing crime rates in the area. So I might aswell have to do situps at home or any exercise which produces sweat(have to check out what type of exercise)

Hols has a way of making me think bizarrely. I have been playing the Sims, just like Yoke Ling. Whenever the kitchen stove sets fire, I will instruct my sim to go near the fire so he will burn to death. Besides, I will have the other sim stand in the middle of the living room and put chairs all around him which will restrict his movement, causing him to starve to death. Muahahahahahaha.

Apart from the gruesome parts stated above, I have been doing some cleaning! I cleared all the clutter from my study room, tied up all the papers and dumped it in the store room downstairs. It was so fun arranging all the books according to height and size on the bookshelf. Sayang lah nak buang the ECONS notes. Sigh...I still dont consider myself done because I haven't cleaned up my bedroom and the closet. ;)

Sara!Yoke! I can go out with you guys this Saturday (wish PJ was here) because my other friends are enrolling at UITM Shah Alam so its so so near to my house I can see them anytime!!

I learned how to cook last weekend with my mum. It was quite alrite actually. The funnypart was frying because the oil asyik terpercik and I was just 'smart' enough to just stand there, I have slow reflexes lol, so I had to suffer a few drops of hot oil on my hand but I dont mind coz it hurts for only a milisecond. :)

Alaaa...i look sick ok seriously...i cant post a pic though due to internet probs.

Sit Down, Stand Up

Its hard for me and my friends to find time to meet up because I stay at the other side of the world! and I cant drive and both of my parents are working so xleh hantar. huhu. I have no friends here. People in my neighbourhood is either old or too young. Sigh. Rasa macam under house arrest je. 5 days staying at home....rasa cam pelik..

I am still reading A Million Little Pieces. Thats a pretty long book. It is about alcohol and drug addiction. When I was reading there was this part that I could relate to uhm no, its NOT about drugs or alcohol its a part when the writer said that he kept staring at this one girl. omg, the way he described it was EXACTLY what I have been doing. I feel sooo embarrassed reading that part and finally the girl asked him ' why are you always staring at me?' and bla bla....and finally they got together and stuff. anyway, its not so bad for him to stare because he is a GUY, in my case, i am a GIRL, thats why its embarrasing.

Watched this movie today : Taxi Driver (1976)

Its a pretty old movie staring Robert Deniro who was quite hot back then. He is hot now but its just weird to like an old guy.

I didn't really get the end of the movie and the whole concept. Dia ni gila ke apa? He wanted to shoot the presidential nominee but he ended up shooting these mobsters to save this underaged prostitute. He was actually a good person because he hated all the crime, gambling, exploitation, prostitution happening in the heart of the city. He wanted to clear all the 'dirt' How i see it, i think that the guy had a psycological problem. It was a terrific movie though.
My rating : 8.5/10
Quote : 'You talkin' to me?' He said this when practicing shooting techniques infront of the mirror

We Don't Have Any More Time

Things To Do During H-O-L-S

1) Watch Movies

especially those Independent films or Award winning films, animation or just any movie which is nice! so that it won't really be a waste of my two hours. American Pie series or any plotless ones like the recent National Lampoon movies are not included. However, i really enjoyed watching The Hot Chick and Mean Girls. Now I am halfway through watching I Am Sam. Cried twice while watching some sad scenes. I can expect more tears to come for the next half of the movie.

2) Cleaning

I plan to clean up the study room and my bedroom. Clean in this context meaning sort out all the files, reorganise and arrange items, maybe change the position of certain items, and throw out unused items so that everything is neat and tidy. I will start with the study room tomorrow. It is super messy. The whole table is full with scraps of paper ( all the A2 stuff) where only one small area of the table's surface is visible.

As for the bedroom, I have to throw out the mags and reorganise my wardrobe, all of my clothes are all over the place. Must organise specific space for shirts, pants, sleepwear, everyday-clothes, baju kurungs and stuff. Should I arrange it by colour aswell? hmmmm

3) Go Out With Friends

I went out with PJ and Sara the other day. I plan to meet up with Wan, Ama, Dhiah, and Syera, my highschool sayangz sometime soon. Very hard to meet up with this lovable people because everyone is studying different things and our hols start and end at different times. Camne ni..

And then....nak meet up with the crazy PB1 peeps because I won't be seeing them anymore

4) Read Books

Yeah! I have a lot of books which I haven't read yet. After reading A Million Little Pieces I will read Running With Scissors. Wait! Maybe I should compile a book list here. It would be easier to track my reading activity. Sadly,no matter how many books I read, I am still unable to write with flair, just look at this post as an example.

5) Drink More Water

I just drank 3 glasses of water yesterday and just went to the toilet just twice! Very unhealthy. I know....I just can't drink water, ask PJ, she knows. She asks me why I rarely go toilet... I will start by drinking 4 glasses today, and 5 glasses for the next day and it will add up for every following day until I drink at least 8 glasses a day. It will be a super achievement for me

6) Ganti Puasa

I can't remember was in 6 days or 7 days. I am pretty sure its 6 days but my instinct tells me its 7 days. So should I fast 6 or 7 days.....hmm....7 lah to be safe. I want to ganti puasa in one shot because by the 3rd day of consecutively fasting, I wont feel hungry/ thirsty anymore because my body has adapted to it.

Or maybe I won't ganti puasa in one shot because I want to choose days yang ada puasa sunat so its better. Coz now is Jamadilakhir, then Rejab, then Syaaban. Maybe I shud split the 7 days. I shud puasa more days in Rejab......nvm think later.

7) Drive

Still extremely lousy at this. I still can't really identify which is left and right on the road. Its just so hard to react on the spot. I remember my dad saying ' turn left' and just guess which way I turned.....i wonder how i got my drivers license.

8) Learn How To Cook

This is a major issue!! Worse than the oil price issue I must say;) Besides I can only learn to cook on the weekends because my mom is not working on those days. And she will only cook one of those weekends if she is not busy. So I will just have to try on my own or maybe I can ask my sis to teach me to cook when she comes back home. She never NEVER gets impatient at all! Thats solved. I just hope I won't poison anyone. hehe

The highlighting of certain words was inpired by Xin Ee yang hot. Thanx

My Sis and Me

Don't know why I posted this. I dunno why I look terrified, mum said that I was singing. As seen in the pic, I always cling on to my sis.

Gelora

Went to watch P. Ramlee the musical on Saturday. It was amazing but not as AMAZING as PGL the musical, obviously, no local musical can match that. The props were superb especially the moving train and that part when the stage rose (yeah!!!) to show two scenes of P.Ramlee above the stage and Saloma at the bottom of the stage. The wardrobe was breathtaking aswell. I especially adored the showgirls outfits coz it was so shiny and glittery and super-tight exposing the womens' hourglass figures.

Liza Hanim and Musli Ramli were the best in the musical, they potrayed Saloma and P.Ramlee flawlessly. I was just so amazed and excited throughout the whole performance. If I were super duper pretty I would join theater definitely!! and leave all the study books to collect dust. I saw Fahrin Ahmad and Sofea Jane. Fahrin was sitting just in front of me and slightly to the left! Haha....my sis is jealous....

Melissa Saila and Atilia were both great aswell. Melissa Saila as Norizan gave a stellar performance when she was teling P. Ramlee she cheated on him because she was lonely, she just screamed and yelled her lungs out, I had chills. As for Atilia, she played Junaidah and she was super gediks the whole time. Kelakarlah.

I saw Pak Ngah, Mak Ngah and my cousin at the play aswell, dia cun laa!I also saw my ex-neighbours, the son gave us a big smile, he is one of the special kids, we call him Bobo. Dia ingat jugak kat kitorang nih. I remembered last time he watered the plants at his house from petang hingga malam! (geli hati) but the parents did not stop him though, I would do the same, because he looked so happy hosing down the grass.

Musical Yang Amat Best
Murni sungguh impian
Indah nian harapan
Jika tercipta taman kencana
Ooooo bahagia
Ooooo kekanda
Ooooo adinda

Girls Just Want To Have Fun

Today, me, Pui Jing, and Sara went to One Utama to just hang out for the last time before Pj flys back home to Miri Sarawak. So sad, coz Yoke Ling could not make it! After we met up, we went to Popular first to buy Sara's story books. She managed to purchase 2 books by Meg Cabot. I was so tempted to buy Khaled Hosseini's book, A Thousand Splendid Suns but I have around ten books at home which I have not read, so I will just delay buying the book.

Me and Sara Ho Ho Ho

After that, we went to Nando's for lunch. We had a free lunch over there because my dad had some coupons. The place was flooded with people, maybe because it was on a Sunday/Father's Day. We talked about prom, friends, memories, music and both of us kacaued Sara, obviously. Then, we headed to MPH to get the Hannah Montana 3D glasses. We took quite a few, I took 3 and PJ took 5 for herself, her sis and some little cousins. Sara got hers a week ago. Then Pj put on the glasses to try them on. Somehow it reminded me of Ray Charles/ Stevie Wonder on piano, the glasses are just so geometrical it looks quite weird on people. Haha

The Ho again and pretty Pui Jing

We then headed of to Nichii to try some dresses. For some reason I was so not into trying any dresses because I like t-shirts and I am quite lousy when shopping for dressy clothes. PJ and Sara were pros walking around the store lifting up dresses and turning the dresses back and forth, checking the materials and stuff. I was interested in the shirts lol. Eventually, PJ and Sara tried 2 dresses, and I tried only one just for fun. This is a description of how we looked like.

1) PJ looked like some classy upper east side girl in this bronze coloured dress

2) Sara looked like Ms. Chian in this turqoise top. The sleeves were so big, she looked bat-like.

3) I looked like Ms Stephanie in this silver dress with some shiny round designs at the bottom.

Me and PJ!!! ( notice the light there, Sara and her photography skills *coughs* haha)

Then kitorang pegi Guardian to buy some sweets and cream for myself. We had 30 minutes left before 5.30 pm so we went to Levis and Romp to have a look at the clothes. Its very funny because went Sara said ' I love Romp' , PJ said ' I hate Romp' both at the same time. The few minutes left were used to snap a few pictures.

Sara's dad sent both of us back to PJ's house. I asked Sara to step out of the car for awhile. We all took turns hugging each other. It was quite an emotional moment for all of us because this might be the last time that we see each other. I told Sara and PJ that I love them (as friends ok...) I really meant it.

Ouh yea.. my hair smelt like belacan today. Earlier in the day my mum was cooking fried rice in the kitchen and i was there smelling the food ( takde nak tolong keee....hmmm) and somehow the belacan smell just sticked to my hair. Rubbed some powder and sprayed some perfume to get rid of the smell. :)

Digusting fact : I like to pinch a bit of belacan ( yang dah goreng) and have a taste. It has this strong salty taste which is nice! I know im gross...haha

Time Of My Life

Had our prom last night. It was quite ok-lah. Anyway, the prom comittee did a good job. Hats off to them.

They had a few performances which I wasn't paying much attention to but that MuffinMan guy sang really good...well maybe because he was singing 'otherside'. Thats a really good song. Performance by the lecturers were amazing aswell, who would have thought that they had moves. Chinese food was served that night which was quite tasty. I ate quite a lot last night because people were not really eating their share of food, so I took more.hehe

Before the prom ended, they opened the dancefloor to the crowd. I tought that it was going to be mild ballrooom dancing so I asked Hui Yii to dance. Then they dimmed the lights and had like this club-atmosphere going on with those flashy lights. Uhm NO! So we stepped out of the ballroom and took some more pictures with Li-Lin and Yoke Ling. We went back in, I dont even remember why and just joined the floor just to look cool. Mistake! It was quite ok for the first few minutes, saw some familiar faces, moved abit to the song. In the middle of the song my I felt a pain at my head. I guess my eyes just cannot take the flashy lights. So I danced a bit ( actually it was more like hopping..haha) then stopped. Ok je takde lah best mana pun. Ouh yea.. Desmond was dripping wet with sweat, he was dancing as if the world is going to end tomorrow!

Omg..................Saw deer last night. I didnt expect him to come. He was the first person I saw when I came in. He looks so smart and cute, macam prefect pun ada. Stalking deer officially ends now. Can't see him anymore.... :( Hope that he will be happy successful and always smiling.

I can read a lot of storybooks now without feeling guilty. Hmmm.... I will start with A Million Little Pieces - James Frey. I read it a while ago but I stopped midway and I forgot how the story goes so I will just start from scratch.

Im going off now to pop some panadols and get some rest. Still have that headache. Will be watching P. Ramlee the musical in the afternoon. Yay!
